Repairs
Not every roof needs a full replacement.
While full roof replacement is most of what we do, we also take on plenty of roof and gutter repairs, from a single leak to a sagging gutter run.

Roof Repairs
- Roof leaks and water intrusion
- Damaged, cracked, or missing shingles
- Flashing repair around chimneys, valleys, and skylights
- Vent boot and pipe jack replacement
- Storm and wind damage
- Soft spots or damaged decking (localized, not a full tear-off)

Gutter Repairs
- Sagging or pulling-away gutters re-hung and re-secured
- Leaking seams and joints resealed
- Damaged or disconnected downspouts repaired or replaced
- Clogged or poorly pitched gutters corrected
- Fascia damage caused by water backup
Honest, Not Pushy
An honest read on repair vs. replacement.
Most of our work is full roof replacement, but that's not always what a roof needs. If a repair will genuinely solve the problem, that's what we'll recommend. We'll walk you through what we find, what's causing it, and what it'll take to fix, so you can make the call with real information.

Common Questions
Repairs FAQ
It depends on the age of the roof, how widespread the damage is, and what's causing it. A single leak or a handful of damaged shingles is usually a repair. Widespread wear, an aging roof, or repeated problems in different spots usually points toward replacement. We'll give you an honest read during a free estimate, not a sales pitch either direction.
Yes. We'll inspect the damage, explain what's actually needed, and take care of it, whether that's a section of missing shingles, damaged flashing, or a dented gutter run.
Yes. We re-hang and re-secure sagging gutters, reseal leaking seams, and repair or replace damaged downspouts. If the gutters are old enough that repair isn't worth it, we'll tell you that too.
Our workmanship warranty covers our own installs and repairs. If your roof was installed by someone else, we'll let you know upfront if a repair could interact with an existing manufacturer or installer warranty.
