We install three roofing systems: asphalt shingle, standing-seam metal, and low-slope/flat membrane roofing for porches, additions, and other low-pitch sections. Whichever fits your roof, it goes on to manufacturer spec.
For asphalt shingle roofs, our featured system pairs Malarkey shingles — built with rubberized NEX® polymer-modified asphalt — over Fontana felt underlayment. It's what we recommend, not what we require. Prefer a different shingle brand, a different underlayment, or a standing-seam metal roof instead? We'll build your estimate around it. The quality of the install matters more than the label on the wrapper.
